Re: Recommendations on Christian Rock
A few bands I enjoy: DeGarmo & Key (especially Rock Solid Live, Heat it Up) Whitecross (the albums with Rex Carroll, notably High Gear and the rerecorded 1987) Chagall Guevara Newsboys (Take me to Your Leader is the only rocker) Tourniquet (Pathogenic Ocular Dissonance is a little lighter than the o...

any reason we are misspelling vinyl?
As a young person, I can say for a fact that buying a vinyl record of a new album is totally ridiculous. CD, maybe, but records, no. I personally prefer to have a stable hard copy (not streaming), but not a bulky, useless heap of discs. I think that internet radio and internet downloads are the way...

Re: CPR
I wonder if this French guy's ever heard Greg's version of " Dream On ." I honestly think the GXV version of "Dream On" is really bad especially compared to the original. The Aerosmith version has so much soul & heart to it to where you can feel Steven Tyler's emotions; the GVX version you feel not...

Re: Unseen Power Review
Sight Unseen has become my favorite track from UP. I t used to be I Need To Hear From You, but after 20 + years it is definitely SU. I always thought Destiny has a Motley Crue sound, but never thought much of the song. Hand On My Heart is awful. Another gem is Secret Weapon- I think I like the shuff...

remembering Beyond Belief
These young people remember some great music! It makes me happy because it appears none of them were even born in 1991, yet they are singing along like it's a new tune.

Re: ApologetiX
They do a nice job recreating classic music, but as for parody I still prefer Weird Al. Probably because he is going for humor while Apologetix is trying to work in something biblical.

Re: Trump Tape
Ron Paul retired. Being a Democrat doesn't make one bad, being bad does. Jeb Bush has proven experience as did a number of others. Carly, Donald and Ben probably should have started at the local school board and worked their way up. One good thing about Donald is he knocked Cruz out. Thanks Donald!

Re: Trump Tape
Trump has demonstrated he is quite able to put both feet in his mouth, while talking out of his backside. Allies like Israel would rather have Hillary in the Whitehouse, because they know what they are getting (not that they like her). But, do you really think of the activities potential politician...

Re: New Bride or Guardian anyone?
Snakes in the playground is one of the greatest albums I own. I'd put it up against nearly anything from the time. The rest of Bride albums were hit or miss with me.

It still boggle my mind how Christian labels tended to get carried away releasing best of albums from artists like Petra and Whiteheart. It was nice when they added some liner notes or some new cover art, but still fairly deplorable. Then this happenned https://www.amazon.com/Same-Man-Matthew-Rachel...

Re: 2016 Presidential Election
Yup, nowhere does it say a person must be in a particular sect of Christianity to be the leader. You do have to be natural born, however. Also, neither of the two primary parties has a monopoly on religion.

That little black box detects alpha waves, the same alpha waves emitted by Superman. You are tracking the Man of Steel!
