Re: dimension demention

As he stepped into the other dimension, he found himself standing in the crowded, busy streets of Tokyo, Japan. And then :?: He hit his forehead and said, "Man, I'm not supposed be here! I knew I shoulda taken that left turn at Albuquerque!" (in his best imitation of Bugs Bunny that he could muster...

Q was an awesome guitarist. I agree. The one time I saw him with Petra was in the Summer of 2002 at the St. Joseph County 4-h Fair in South Bend, IN. He was "ON" that night. The whole band was "ON" for that matter. My wife(fiance at the time) and I took a friend who had never seen Petra. We asked h...

Re: walmart is a joke!!!!

For the first time, today, i've been able to listen to Farewell through headphones. It sounds even better. I'ven been able to hear and pick up stuff I didn't hear before. I'm not very objective, either, when it comes to Petra, I LIKED John's and Greg X Volz's vocals, taking in account the circumstan...

Newsboys are Great live. I've seen those CD/DVD combos. They are worth it. I especially liked, from Shine The Hits Live/One Night In Pennsylvania "Truth Be Known(Everybody Gets A Shot)" and the "duelling drum solos" between Duncan Phillips and Peter Furler. My favorite moment from the DVD Thrive Fro...

Re: A great voice on a PETRA Christmas Song!

His vocals were great! He recorded what we call "a Petra Christmas song" that is titled "Mary's Song" on the WWTS album. Didn't get much airplay years ago, listen to the content, it's right on par with the Lowry/Green "Mary Did you Know?" I was listening to that yesterday. It's always been one of m...
