see Dee?
I'm curious about what was the last album Petra released on vinyl and what was the first album they released on a CD.

Petra's last album released on vinyl differs from continent to continent. The last US vinyl pressing was for On Fire. The last European vinyl pressing was for War & Remembrance (this means that The Rock Cries Out, Beyond Belief and Petra Means Rock are also available on European vinyl). In Brazil there was a 1994 vinyl pressing of Unseen Power, so that counts as the last vinyl release.
I don't know exactly what's up down under. I think they go the same vinyl releases as in Europe.
As for CD's: The earliest CD pressing that I have is for Back To The Street. The CD was pressed in Japan, but the digipak (sort of plastic / cardboard case) was printed in the US. Perhaps there is an earlier release of Beat The System, but I'm not sure.

Beat the System wsa one of the first CDs I saw, period. I'm pretty sure it was released on DVD when it was the latest.p-freak wrote:As for CD's: The earliest CD pressing that I have is for Back To The Street. This isn't really a trivia question, but a just wondering question. In the picture of the band on the petrarocksmyworld website, who is in the 70s pic of the band? I recognize Bob and Greg Volz. Are the other 3, the original members?
