As far as I can tell, SCP should work now. I've scp'ed a file from another host and locally, so hopefully the libraries are all copied over correctly--but this is pretty strange. When I try to SFTP in, I can't connect with that account, but I can with my own. The reason is probably because I've put the download account in a chroot jail cell, so there are some files missing that would do the right thing. I'm trying to rectify the situation.

Pmal,

Can you give it another try? I just got the SFTP subsystem appropriately configured, and it should work now. The script system that I used to generate the jail cell was outdated.

The SFTP option is working good now as well. I was downloading at 45kbps through SCP so that is pretty dang good ...

Thanks again, these tracks are great!

For what it's worth, if any of you other folks want them to host them, feel free to take them. I'm leery of the legal people getting a little upset if I leave them up forever. ;) But if anyone else wants to run the risk, that's fine.

There she is!

Post by Michael » Tue Aug 31, 2004 7:27 am

She's here! She's here!!! I guess all those times I kept saying "Well, you'd KNOW about it if you read the PETRA Zone!" paid off! hehe

1:32am is too late. Go to bed, girl. Don't wake me up on the way in. :)

Any more interest?

Post by winterlens » Wed Sep 01, 2004 7:16 pm

I've noticed today that a few more requests have come in for the Pulse Festival MP3's. If there's still any interest, I'm happy to reopen the account for a few days--just post here and let me know!
