Louie will not be there as per Rick at Image3.

I feel so bad about this situation. It would be really great if they can put this aside for one night. I know it would be hard but it would be an awesome sight to them together again.

I, myself, wasn't too optimistic about Louie being there based on my conversations with Louie and Penny.

What a shame... I was SO hoping this would heal the riff.

I guess enough time has not passed for them.

I sure wouldn't let hurt feelings get in the way. Louie has more than earned the right to be present for this thing.

Well, they did ask him and he chose not to accept, and that's up to him. It is a shame though.

I don't think anyone could be shocked that he didn't accept. It would have been cool though.

Whether he plays or not won't diminish his fanbase or the eternal mark make on stage with Petra, nor will it effect his Heavenly reward.

Yeah you can look at it that way Brent. It's time though to let it go and get on with doing God's work. I feel it's still a thorn in everyone's side in the situation and until it is resolved they all could be missing out on God's Blessings.

Woah. Let's not consider that it might have been God's will for this to happen. Who's to say that Louie wasn't a thorn in the band's side? Who's to say that Petra had to move on with someone else? Who's to say that it wasn't God's will for Louie to get a head start with Viktor, or take other driving jobs? God's will may very well be for this not to happen. But, we get caught up in this wishful wonderland, wanting what is best for us.

Brent,

I wasn't meaning with how the firing went about. I am talking about the aftermath of the situation. Obvouisly the situation hasn't been resolved because than Louie would be showing up. Maybe it was God's Will for Louie to be let go? I think it's time for everyone just to let go and not have any hard feelings towards each other, and I believe that is NOT the case.

No, it's not obvious. Since none of us is Louie and none of us is John and none of us is Bob, we don't know what the state of their relationships are. As I said in the other thread to Markus, Louie could have any number of reasons for not wanting or not being able to attend. So let's not jump to conclusions here.

I do know for a fact that Louie is working hard with Viktor and putting together an album and tour.

I was told by Brian, who is promoting the Enid show, that Louie was open to having Viktor play on the same stage as Petra. So as stated above, Louie and Rick both have said that they are looking ahead, to make Viktor the band that it deserves to be.

If I had the cash, I would promote a tour. There is alot of musicianship there that needs/deserves to be heard. So much of today's music DOES NOT.
