Sounds to me like the problem is that you're using IE, which is produced by that wonderful company Microsoft. Try using Firefox instead. It will revolutionize your browsing experience.sue d. wrote:This moldy Mac I'm on now gives me a message that says "Unhandled File Type" - IE doesn't know how to handle this type of file."
OH WHATEVER!! It's a QUICK TIME file, isn't it? Isn't that what Macs specialize in? I know I have that on this machine..... stupid Mac.
BTW - Are you on OS9? If so, your company needs to upgrade badly. Using OS9 is like sticking with Windows 95.

Yes, I'm on IE along with OS 9.2... I'm hit with a double-whammy.
Some computers here have OS10, others 9 - and since OS10+ doesn't bundle Outlook any more, it creates a problem in upgrading some and not others, so I'm told.
So I limp along with this machine.... and surf at home on an equally ancient system: Windows 98 on an 8 year old machine.
I need a new hard drive for Christmas.
