Ones that come to mine for me...

Thinking if I could see I would believe, then somebody said believe and you will See. (Sight Unseen, Unseen-Power)

Never perfect, but perfectly forgiven. (Life As We Know It, Jekyll & Hyde)

The nails in HIS hands and feet we're meant for you. Sight Unseen, UnSeenPower.

I like that too. Which song does that come from and what album..
That's from "Fool's Gold" off of "Back To The Street"

What song and album does this come from
Again from "Back To The Street" the song is "Whole World".

Another favorite of mine is actually more than one line. From No Doubt and the song Two Are Better Than One: "When I start to cross the line you just seem to read my mind. And then you bust me then turn around and trust me."

You say you've walked ten thousand steps away
But don't you know that it's only one step back
Because the ONE who hears you when you pray
Is the ONE who's there beside you
And He'll never walk away

Just Reach out, Wake Up Call

I always liked the couplet that began that verse:

Humanistic lies admit
the holocaust is imminent

Heheh I love the number of weird three and four syllable words used in Petra songs-such a rarity in pop and rock music...

One of my favorites is

bring on the lions and heat up the fire
It's not enough to stop this man's desire

Good imagery.

I have a ton of favorite lines, but here's a couple.

From "Hit You Where You Live", "It's His delight to give you your desire. It's His desire to set your life on fire..."

From "Stand", "But then your eyes blink and you begin to think of what could happen if you stand..."

I'll post more as they come to me.

Susannah that quote at the bottom for the Stryper song "If I Die" is an awesome song; That is my favorite song on Reborn.

As you can tell by my "signature" that's one of my favorites, also.

I like the line that says Don Qixote's got another windmill to attack. That just really sets my spirit free. LOL
