I was also thinking paypal would facilitate, as you can designate your payment to be in US dollars. Good for us international fans.

I don't want to commit to sending money as employment is soon to become an issue for me I think. If I get it sorted *cross fingers and say hospitalhospitalhospital*, I'll see what I can contribute-even if there is no possibility of me attending. :(

Right now I could only afford a "one time" contribution. Wish I could do more.

Monthy donation, one time donation.... it doesn't matter how often or how much. The Lord will see, and he will be pleased with whatever you can afford.

As Julie said, if everyone here could donate even ONE DOLLAR a month it would add up. Skip a soda for a day... refrain from buying off the McDonald's dollar menu... pass on those Biggie Fries...

Checks can be sent to:

Nova Productions
Sue Dempster
320 Leavens Ave.
Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085

I'm still checking into the Paypal thing... I do have an account already. It's just a matter of getting verified with a bank, and to do that I must get over there and set up a seperate savings/checking account for this. I don't want to run it in with my regular Nova Prod. booking account.

This will be totally seperate.

THANK YOU to all who are willing to help... John will be so moved by this outpouring of love and support. I haven't told him yet... thought I'd give people time to respond and react.

I'd be careful using Pay Pal. Visit www.paypalsucks.com to learn why ( it is a legitimate site despite the inflammatory address).

Sucks...

While you're at it, check out these sites as well:

www.duke-sucks.com

No one can please everyone...

This is from PayPal's site:

PayPal has quickly become a global leader in online payment solutions with 100 million account members worldwide. Available in 55 countries and regions around the world, buyers and sellers on eBay, online retailers, online businesses, as well as traditional offline businesses are transacting with PayPal.

When you're on top, you get targeted. They should be flattered by the website.

I have a PayPal account that I use occasionally to pay for stuff, and I've never had any problems. Granted, I don't use it that often, and maybe that's part of the reason I've never had problems. But there is risk involved making payments online and dealing with credit card companies. You have to be cautious.

I've received the first check to the Pethead Concert Fund... thank you very much, Carolina! It's much appreciated.

I've been buying through Paypal for about three years. I use it fairly frquently as I don't have a credit card, and I have not had any problems with it thus far.

has any additional thought been given to setting up a "pay Pal" account. Cash canbe sent there without any charges...and recurring payments can be set up...I think this is a great way to go. Please let us know the details...

Yes, I've thought about it and have taken the first steps in setting up a seperate regular bank account strictly for donations for concerts. That is done, and checks can be made out to NOVA CONCERTS (although Nova Productions will be OK too - both accounts are at the same bank and funds can be easily tranferred).

Now I just took the second step -
PAYPAL ACOUNT IS LIVE AND READY!

You may now send funds to the Pethead Concert Fund via the new Paypal account by using my email or phone:

[email protected]
or
920-980-7671

I'm in the process of having bank verification (takes a few days) but the account is live and ready to receive whatever God puts on your heart to give.
