I'll agree I'd rather have a short, quality CD over a long, water-downed one. But we're Petheads-- we always want more PETRA!!! :D

Actually, some people say that long CDs containing more than 10 or 11 songs is usually comprised of "filler" songs that are below par with the rest of the CD.

Regarding valid albums, I can honestly say that I have never heard a Petra song that I skip over because I didn't think it belonged on the album. Of the CDs I have, ALL of their songs have been great.

When I say valid CDs, I'm really excluding the Petra Praise CDs including Revival (although there are some good songs on it) and Double Take. I have not heard all of God Fixation yet, so I can't speak for the whole CD.

In my mind JAH will go down as a classic. It is my Fav Petra album of all time. More Power To Ya a very close 2nd
