yep will do sue - but i suppose the simple question for everyone here is - did you guys get any confirmation email to say they had actually shipped the CD or not. Coz they've taken the money out of my credit card weeks ago but no CD yet :( and no email.

This is not the place to be doing this; Simply go over to the web site and click on the contact us info. I'm sure they will be able to help you in anything concerning this issue. I think I received an email but I think it was from paypal; To be honest I'm not really sure.

I know they are very, very busy with orders... shipping internationally takes longer too (when I've mailed overseas, the post office says 7-10 workdays for delivery).

It could be a simple case of slow mail. But I understand your concern.

As Exe said - continue to go to the website and ask.

I order lots and lots of CDs in the USA. Usually they arrive in a week or two. And I'm very anxious to receive this CD, so it does seem like a long time, when the CD is a week later than usually.
Last time when I ordered the CITAS DVD, I got a confirmation e-mail. Because that is missing this time, I have no confirmation that my order has been shipped, except that my payment has been received.

Hey guys,

I already saw someone say to go to the merchandise page and contact the sales department. I didn't get a confirmation e-mail, but I did receive one from PayPal. In most cases they should be able to track your order to see where it may be.

Here is the e-mail address for the sales department give it a try and I'm sure your cd is on its way.

I got mine yesterday, have just one thing to say: AWESOME!!!

The sound is good, the songs are cool.
I like the song list, they were well chosen.
I'll show to my friend around here that think petra's only
songs that are not useable to play at church.

My copy arrived and it REEKS..........of AWESOMENESS! This album is fantastic. The live version on Judas Kiss blew me away. I think I listened to the guitar work on that song 5 times before I switched tracks. Thanks II Guys, this was wonderful...

Where should "Judas Kiss" and "Lord I Lift Your Name On High" have been on the Farewell CD? I'd like to place them in the order they were preformed at the Farewell taping.

Judas' Kiss immediately after Creed.
Lord, I Lift Your Name On High immediately after Bob's solo.

Just a heads up, this album is currently 21% off ($10.99 vs $13.99). With shipping that brings it to just under $14 ($13.97 to be precise), which is a reasonable price for a music CD and substantially less than the $18 and some change it was originally selling for! So if you were put off by the high price earlier this year like I was then now is as good a time as any to pick it up.
