John to sing Christmas Classics on TBN Dec. 22

John was invited to sing 3 Christmas carols on TBN's Christmas program “Praise the Lord,” scheduled for Wed. Dec.22nd 9pm CST. (subject to change, but it looks like it'll be broadcasting on this date).
One of the songs will be O HOLY NIGHT, which many have requested for a long time. He sang the song this past weekend in Brookfield, WI... oh my gosh! It was INCREDIBLE!! You have to hear it!

Thanks for the "heads-up". I'll even not watch the Orielly Factor for one night just so I can see John do some Christmas stuff. Does that make me a pinhead, or a patriot?

Patriot, especially since you can bet that close to Christmas, Bill won't be working.

All I ask is that John's singing of Christmas carols on TBN be better than Michael Sweet's singing of Christmas carols on TBN. My apologies to Mr. Sweet.

I wish John would sing more than a few. My second wish is that there would be no talking or preaching of heresy. Hopefully it will be hosted by Jr. He doesn't do too much of that. My third wish is that they give John time to amp up the Classic Petra thing so more people know about it.

I'm not gonna tell you the other two songs... it'll be a surprise!
If you don't get the tv channel -- look at the links. There are other ways to watch it (internet, archive).
I believe Jason Crabb is the host of this one.... he will be doing a short interview with John as well.
From what I see on the programming schedule, this show is 2 hours long.... But John's publicist said it's a very good program and worth watching (she was there at the taping).
Brent... I'm not gonna comment on that third wish....
