Here goes in the order I would hear them if listening to the CD for the first time. Its a shame though that it would take 4 albums to put together a CD for my listening from my favorite artist.

1. The Noise We Make
2. Be Of Good Cheer
3. If I Had To Die For Someone
4. No Doubt
5. Send Revival, Start With Me
6. Enter In
7. Praying Man(DT Version)*
8. Matter Of Time
9. St. Augustine Pears
10. I Waited
11. Set For Life
12. Lovely Lord

* This version of Praying Man I think is superior to the original and would even fit nicely on WUC

The only song on Double Take worth the time it took to record it was The Longing.

The Longing should have never been on there; It's not a Petra song at all. It was totally done to propel Pete Orta's solo career, and had no Petra writing or member influence whatsoever.

I believe you are thinking of "Breathe In". John sang "The Longing" ...

Didn't Kevin have more than one solo project? I have the Pogostick album somewhere, only because I saw him and his wife perform live, and I got it signed. I thought the programmed drums were kind of cheesy. Not very inventive from what I remember, and no dynamics.

Well, it's all a matter of opinion. I happen to think it was a pretty decent song, unlike the rest of the album. Now that sucked.

Did you see them at Grace Bible College?

Pogostick was a flatline for the most part in my opinion. Divine Right was his Pre-Petra gig that had a bit more flavor.

I checked out his website, he's got some more stuff up post-Pogostick.

Yes sir, I did see him there. I recall it being a big deal to have him there. If I remember right, the turn out wasn't that great. I want to careful not to say anything too cruel about the show because they are
nice people, and they went out of there way to do that show. I'll just say that, from the music and business side of things, just because your wife is hot tha doesn't necessarily mean you should put her on stage with a mic.

I'm with you on that one. Maybe its the songs simplicity that makes it so appealing, but it's one of my favourites of their P&W stuff.

I'm actually playing that one a lot right now as its a great preamble before going into personal bible study & prayer time.
