John Schlitt + John Elefante = VOICES of ROCK!

Backed by a full band, the "VOICES OF ROCK" tour combines multi-Grammy winning vocalists John Schlitt and John Elefante in an incredible musical journey through their combined rock history.

John Schlitt and John Elefante first worked together recording Petra's 1986 release "Back To The Street." With Elefante as producer (along with brother Dino) and Schlitt as lead singer, the two made for a winning combination with 10 more Petra albums, including three Grammy winning albums and multiple nominations, two RIAA Certified Gold Records, and nine Dove Awards.

Now these two legends are reuniting to bring you the best of their combined histories, including music from Petra, Kansas, Head East, Mastedon, and their solo careers.

...the tickets please! This is fantastic. I've always wished for John E to do something live. I hope this comes to fruition in a decent way. I saw John S's note the other day that he was practicing. I'm assuming it was for this tour. Do we know who is in the band? Are they using one band for both guys?

Exactly. John is a great singer and songwriter. Some of his solo stuff is the bomb, as is the Mastedon stuff. I hope they do some speaking as well, and share stories and testimony. I hope the venues are good enough for the sound to be really clear.

This is the opening cut on John E's second solo album. This whole disc is a real gem. Great writing. So much going on. Love it! I also saw some recent clips where he put a band together and did some Kansas stuff for some event. Sounded great, and gave an idea of what to expect from him on this tour.
