Hi All,

I know a few of you have bought custom guitars from Bob.

Are they decent practice guitars? Or is it more of an investment in memorabilia?

I'm not in a band or anything, so it would be for my own enjoyment.

Guess I was wrong that anyone has bought them

May make it a Christmas gift to myself

I seem to remember a post about someone buying a guitar from Bob, but it was a long time ago, and I don't remember who it was. They may not post here anymore or drop by enough to have seen this. If it's something you really want, go ahead and get it and enjoy it.

2 Petra 33 series from him and the white Excalibur on eBay

Thanks, and they sound terrific.

The price for his most recent was $220, so I was worried a bit about quality, but assumed he wouldn't put out a cr@ppy product.

I would have loved to get a Petra33. Tried to make one with a pick guard I bought from Bob, but just ended up hanging it on my wall.
