How did we miss this? I just bumped into this the other day. I'd heard about The Wombats from the Greg X. Volz biographies (one of the first bands he was in) and I knew they recorded some songs that never saw the light of day, but I'd considered them lost. Now someone seems to have bought the inventory of Golden Voice Recordings. This 7" single has the four songs that were recorded in 1966-1967 at Golden Voice Recordings by The Wombats with Volz on guitars / backing vocals. I thought these songs were lost forever, but now it turns out they're not!

And the good news is that later this year there will be a similar release for Gidians Bible. It will have the 2 songs that were released (The Dream & Love Is The Answer) and the 2 songs that were recorded but never released.
