Night Of Joy?

I thought Petra was booked to play this year's Night of Joy in Florida again? Why are they not playing it now? Anyone know?

At the concert this year, John said they still hadn't confirmed being able to return for 2004. They have been 2 years in a row now, its possible they might be off a year.
