Beat The System? I thought it was Beat Your Sister....oh, oh, been reading too much of Bakersfield's stuff!!
Dear friend, it's not even Beat Your Sister.....you need to go back and read the "Petra Parody" topic again......
I don't joke about people's sisters unless I have one.......wait I do have one, ok so I do joke about people's sisters. But I make sure it's without merrit.

Another interesting fact about BTS is that only Bob and J. Lawry played on the album. The keys, bass, and drums were done by Johnny.

Actually, I believe the drum tracks were originally programmed by Jonathan David Brown and then re-recorded by Carl Marsh using a Fairlight synthesizer. I'm not sure Lawry actually even played any synths; seems to me that Marsh actually also handled the synth duties on the album.

You don't hear too much about back masking now though. It's hard to believe BTS came out way back in 1984.
If you want more delicious backmasking, then get a few Five Iron Frenzy albums... They have backmasks on at least two that i can recall off the top of my head (and they are both very obvious and humorous)

It's when something, usually dialogue or singing, is played backk in reverse in the final song. The part of the original "Judas' Kiss" before the music starts is backmasking; if you reverse it you will hear "What're you lookin' for the devil for when you oughtta be lookin' for the Lord?"
